We just had a wonderful experience with Tana Campbell. We met with Tana back in December of 2019, and the presentation she gave us on our first meeting was more than enough to convince us that she knew what she was doing. We did meet with another broker prior and did not have that same reassurance. We did a little research on our own, and when we found what we were looking for (Easton Park- new build), she was with us every step of the way, explaining in detail all of the things we did not know about new builds, buying a home, and details, details, details. She held our hand through the entire process and even guided me when we were having some issues with the design center and closing. Her knowledge of true costs was also a huge help when we were deciding on different upgrades throughout the house. Beyond the usual Broker experience, she was good-natured, funny, and all-around knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the process. Tana also answered every text and call I sent her (day or night) within a few hours. She's someone we would definitely contact again, and I have already given her name out to a few friends who are starting to look in the Austin area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I do hope she continues to succeed. She's a keeper!

I just wanted to say how very pleased my wife, and I were with Tana. She took the time to come over repeatedly to assess what investments could be made in the house to increase return, and this worked out extremely well. She researched the market in the area at the beginning of the process and again as we got closer to the sale, which helped tremendously with a very competitive price that received multiple offers within the first 36 hours. Throughout the whole process, we had complete faith in her, and anyone working with her could tell she has a high level of experience and knows what to look for and how to get the best out of each step of the process. We would absolutely recommend Tana to anyone out there! She went above and beyond, responding to all of our endless questions and even watered the plants in our plant boxes at the house to keep them alive for the new owners. She turned around and helped us find a new family home that we absolutely love and made the transition as smooth as we could have hoped for. She was always super responsive to the many questions we had and very patient as we asked her to traipse all over south Austin and beyond looking for the perfect home. (Which we found!) She also kept on top of everything that needed to be done to ensure there were no last-minute glitches in closing on time and with the special accommodations needed since both the seller and we had conflicting travel plans. We met Tana by chance at an open house. It was our first day venturing out to look at homes on the market, and it was literally at the second house we visited where we ran into her. She wasn't supposed to be there; she was covering for another agent, and we weren't looking to talk to anyone about buying a house yet. But we ended up chatting for a few minutes and felt an instant rapport. At home that evening, we discussed our plans more and gave her a call a couple of days later. She was enthusiastic about helping sell our South Austin home and gave us a laundry list of things to do to help get the most bang for our buck. She had a whole team available to assist in getting our house ready to list contractors for some painting/landscaping/curb appeal, roofers for a roof replacement, and a stager to give the home that extra zing. Her knowledge of the market and trends, along with her aggressive marketing approach helped us get top dollar for our house. We were stunned! Along the way, Tana also got a real sense of what we were looking for in a new home and steered us towards some great finds. When we finally did find "the one," she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to not only help us have the winning bid but also get us the best deal possible. Tana's a fantastic negotiator! It was those little behind-the-scenes things she did on both deals that made both of them run so well and provide us with some very happy surprises along the way. It's not easy to pull off both a sale and a purchase at nearly the same time (both homes were closed within two days of each other), but to have everything run so smoothly is a real testament to Tana and her wonderful team. And even now after closing, Tana is still fielding our questions, setting our minds at ease, and laughing at our jokes, well, some of them. Tana did a fantastic job. She's hardworking and honest. She has helped my son purchase two homes previously, and he had nothing but great things to say about his experience. I called her with some particular criteria and a short timeframe. I explained to her that I lived in Chicago but wanted a second home in Austin for when I visit. I wanted to find a home within walking distance to a premier tennis facility as I am an avid tennis player. The catch was that I had no idea where that would be or what tennis facilities would be the best in Austin. She knew exactly where to look, and within days she found both the tennis facility (which I am impressed with) and home only blocks away. It had multiple offers on it, and she knew exactly what it would take to win and coached me through every step. The process was seamless, and I felt comfortable even with being hundreds of miles away. She also set me up with a decorator so that I can have the home fully furnished and functional for when I come to visit. She was always available both during and after the sale, and she was a great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Tana and her team.

So it was a no brainer when it came to picking a Realtor for my personal use. She did things she didn't even tell me about, like negotiate in one year warranty into my home. I had a problem with the toilet within the first day, and I've already had a warranty come out to fix it. Tana knows the market so well, and she is the one that actually picked out my house, I didn't even put it on our list. She is absolutely amazing. My requirements for a house were fairly unusual and I was prepared to wait a very long time to find what I wanted like I did on my last two purchases. My sister recommended Tana Campbell to me after buying her house. I was a first time home buyer and very nervous about buying a house. Tana presented a PowerPoint to give me the knowledge I needed to know before I started looking. We went out in the afternoon and I saw four houses. Tana made me very comfortable about giving an honest opinion about what I liked and didn't like about the houses. The last house I saw at 7:00 pm that evening was just what I wanted. There were six offers and the bidding was over at noon the next day. Tana said that if that is the house that I want, then we will get to work. She had the contract drawn up within a few hours and e-mailed to me. She explained to me a few extra negotiations that we could include in the contract to stand out over the others. This was the first house that I bid on and I thought there is no way I would win.....not on the first bid. With Tana's advice, I wrote a personal letter to the owner explaining how much I loved the house and what it meant to me. The next day my offer was accepted. I found out later that my offer was just slightly over the other offers. Tana knew exactly what to offer without going over too much. I also found out later that the owner was very moved by my letter and told me how much it meant to her. Tana's instincts, expertise, and sense of urgency won me the house that I wanted. The rest of the team was very thorough with providing me closing information. They answered the phone every time I called with a question and were very courteous. I have heard how stressful it can be buying a house in the current Austin market. Everything went so smoothly for me. I know it because I had Tana working so hard for me.
